Our comprehensive search process is designed to save you time and alleviate stress. We handle all the due diligence and legwork to find your ideal property, managing the entire process while keeping you updated every step of the way:

Your buyer brief — understanding your specific property needs, formulating your property strategy, and providing preliminary research including suburb profiles and recent sales reports.
Research & search — extensive online and offline research, contacting every agent in your search area, monitoring all relevant websites including private sales, and sourcing pre-market and off-market properties.
The shortlist — refined potential properties meeting your requirements, with inspections and detailed feedback through our personalised online client portal, Property HUB.
Assess & analyse — swift due diligence including property and price analysis reports, agent-only database access, council zoning enquiries, and building, pest and strata inspections.
Negotiate — the best offer strategy on price, terms and conditions, negotiated on your behalf regardless of the method of sale — including bidding at auction if necessary.
Secure — liaising with solicitors, lenders and inspectors to ensure a smooth process leading to unconditional exchange.
Settlement — contact maintained until settlement is complete, including a pre-settlement inspection.

Note: external supplier services — solicitor/conveyancing, building and pest inspections, and strata inspections — are paid for separately by the purchaser.

Auction Bidding

Auctions are emotionally charged. Our expert buyers agents are familiar with auction tactics and provide an unbiased approach to manage buyer emotions — developing a clear strategy, including an objective price analysis, to determine your maximum purchase price.

Our fees

We always agree a fixed fee in advance, paid in two stages: an upfront retainer, with the balance payable when we successfully secure your property and exchange contracts. Fees: Full Premium Service up to 2% of the purchase price (minimum $10,500 incl. GST); Assess & Negotiate up to 1%; Auction Bidding $700.
