1 · Full Premium Search
Our most comprehensive and popular service. We handle the entire search, due diligence, negotiation and settlement process while keeping you updated every step of the way — saving you time and stress.
From your first buyer brief to the keys in your hand, your dedicated buyers agent manages the whole journey through our exclusive client portal, Property HUB — so you always know where things stand, even when buying from interstate or overseas.

Fees: up to 2% of the purchase price depending on your requirements. Minimum total fee $10,500 (GST inclusive).
Paid in two stages: an upfront retainer, then the balance when we secure your property and exchange contracts.
Your buyer brief
We understand your needs, formulate your property strategy and provide suburb profiles and recent sales reports for your preferred areas.
Research & search
Extensive online and offline research — we contact every agent in your search area and monitor all relevant websites, including private sales, plus source pre-market and off-market properties.
The shortlist
Refined potential properties matching your criteria, with inspections and detailed feedback through our exclusive personalised client portal, Property HUB.
Assess & analyse
Swift due diligence: property and price analysis using agent-only databases and comparable sales, objective price appraisal, council zoning enquiries, and building, pest and strata inspections.
Negotiate
We determine the best offer strategy — price, terms and conditions — and negotiate on your behalf, whatever the method of sale. We aim to secure before auction, and bid for you if needed.
Secure
Once your offer is accepted we liaise with solicitors, lenders and inspectors to ensure a smooth path to unconditional exchange.
Settlement
We stay with you until settlement is complete, including a pre-settlement inspection to confirm the property remains as purchased.

Found the property yourself? We take over from there — inspecting, analysing and negotiating on your behalf so you never pay more than the evidence says the property is worth.
