You are welcome to attend inspections with us, or we can arrange inspections at your convenience.

Assess & Analyze: When you identify your preferred property, we swiftly conduct due diligence. We provide an objective professional price appraisal for your chosen property. Additionally, we contact the local council to inquire about potential nearby developments and zoning. We arrange building, pest, and strata inspections and liaise with your solicitor for contract review*.

Negotiate: Working closely with you, we determine the best possible offer strategy, considering price, terms, and conditions. We negotiate on your behalf to secure the property, regardless of the method of sale. Our goal is to secure a property before it goes to auction, but we are prepared to bid on your behalf if necessary.

Secure: Once your offer is accepted, and the property is successfully secured, we liaise with all relevant parties, including solicitors, lenders/financiers, and building, pest, and strata inspectors. Our aim is to ensure a smooth process leading to unconditional exchange.

Settlement: We maintain contact with you until your settlement is complete. This includes liaising with relevant parties to prepare for settlement and conducting a pre-settlement inspection to ensure the property remains in the same condition as when initially.

*Note: All external supplier services, such as solicitor/conveyancing, building and pest inspections, and strata inspections, are paid for separately by the purchaser.

Auction Bidding

Buying at an auction can be an emotionally charged and overwhelming process. It’s common for buyers to get carried away in the heat of the moment, bidding too quickly or offering a higher price than intended. That’s where our expert Buyers Agents can help. This is our most comprehensive and popular service, with fees equating to up to 2% of the purchase price, depending on your requirements. The minimum total fee for this service is $10,500 (GST inclusive).

Assess & Negotiate

Fees for the assess and negotiate service equate to up to 1% of the purchase price (GST inclusive), depending on your requirements.

Auction Bidding

For attendance at the auction, the fee is $700 (GST inclusive).
